What are your soaps made with?

You will find the ingredients for each item listed with the description of the item. The Jack-Sons soaps are made with Shea Butter or Goat Milk.  The Jack-Sons Collection uses both essential oils and fragrance oils. Our fragrance oils are paraben and phthalate free.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?

Yes, all of our products are high quality, skin-safe essential oils and fragrances.

​Shipping

Shipping seems a bit high. Why is that?

Shipping costs are very high. The costs continue to go up each year, but The Jack-Sons Collection has held the costs where they are. It might seem like you are paying a lot in shipping charges, but The Jack-Sons Collection does not make any money off shipping. If you'd like to avoid shipping costs consider adding $60 in product (before any coupons or reward points) to your cart to avoid shipping costs.

 

How are The Jack-Sons Collection items shipped?  
We are constantly looking for the lowest priced shipping options for our customers. We currently use USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail for domestic shipping. We have found USPS to be the least expensive and most reliable way to ship.

Gift Wrapping

Does The Jack-Sons Collection gift wrap?  
Currently, we do not offer a gift wrapping option.

Coupon Codes/Discounts

I have a coupon, but I'm not sure where or how to use it.
Coupons can be applied in your SHOPPING CART. Scroll past the items in your cart and below that you'll see a place to select: promo code. Select "promo code" and then enter your code. Proceed through checkout and the discount will apply.

What if the coupon code doesn't work?
If your coupon/promo code does not work, please contact us at jacksons5@gmail.com, and we will correct the problem.

 

Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order?
Unfortunately you may only use one coupon code per order.
